We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products
- E-liquids, coils, pods, and other consumables
- Items on sale or marked final clearance
- Gift cards
📦 3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or faulty item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number and details
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
