Please note: We do ship outside the UAE but shipping charge may vary.

We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible.
- Dubai: Same-day or next-day delivery (for orders placed before 4 PM)
- Other Emirates: 1 business days
- Remote Areas: 1-2 business days
Orders placed on public holidays or after cutoff times may be processed the next business day.

- Dubai: AED 30 (Free on orders over AED 500)
- Other Emirates: AED 30 (Free on orders over AED 800)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We provide COD

🔄 7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted twice and unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may be applied for subsequent attempts.

Products marked as “Pre-Order” will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Delivery timelines for these items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
